Hey y’all! Hope you had a great week. I kicked off the weekend going strawberry picking with a friend, and tomorrow I’m going to a Kentucky Derby party! Anyways, you’re probably aware that the Vineyard Vines for Target collaboration launches May 18. It’s hard to believe that’s just two weeks from tomorrow. Target recently released a look book for this collaboration, so today I wanted to share some things on my wish list. I’ve grouped them by categories.
PS. Please note that these are affiliate links. If you click on them now, and then purchase through them in a couple weeks, I will earn a small commission. However, it doesn’t cost you anything extra. Thank you so much for your support of Palmettos & Pineapples.
Clothing
You can browse the complete Vineyard Vines for Target women’s line here. Here are some things I’m especially loving:
Striped Sleeveless Crewneck Knit Dress. This is so classic and preppy, and it has the whale logo on the chest.
Embroidered Whale Shorts. These would be great for a casual summer look, and they look comfy enough to be loungewear or pajama shorts!
Patchwork Whale Shorts. I love the classic Vineyard Vines patchwork whale print, so these are definitely on my wish list.
Tabletop & Decor
Browse the complete Vineyard Vines for Target home decor here, and the tabletop collection here. Check out my favorites below:
Whale Throw Pillow. This neutral colored throw pillow with the classic Vineyard Vines whale logo would be a great addition to my couch. Note that it will only be available online.
Striped Throw Blanket. It’s going to be hard for me to pass this one up. Note that it’s online only as well.
Wooden Wall Decor. I love this wooden wall plaque with the Vineyard Vines slogan, “Everyday should feel this good.”
Whale Appetizer Plate. These are adorable, and only $2 a piece. Note that they are an online exclusive too.
Three-piece Whale & Gingham Flatware Set. These are so preppy and patriotic, and would be especially cute for a Fourth of July party!
Whale Gingham Bowl. I actually need a couple more bowls, so at $2.50 each I will definitely be pordering a couple of these online exclusives.
Flag Whale & Gingham Disposable Napkins. I’m ordering these (online only) to use on the Fourth of July!
Patchwork Disposable Napkins. I also want to get some of these (online only) to use for fun get-togethers!
Accessories
Shop all Vineyard Vines for Target accessories here, and check out my favorites below:
Whale Duffle Bag. I’m really curious to see what this looks like it person. It appears to be super functional, with interior and exterior pockets.
Fanny Pack. Not gonna lie, I’m a bit tempted to get this for my next theme park trip.
Of course this list isn’t exhaustive with respect to things I love from the Vineyard Vines for Target collaboration. However, my budget definitely won’t permit me to get everything I love, and I won’t even be able to get everything I included on this wish list. Nevertheless, it’s a good starting point for me as I narrow down my selections.
I also hope y’all found this helpful! Some additional categories included in the Vineyard Vines for Target collaboration are outdoor fun & games, men’s clothing, baby, girls’ clothing, and boy’s clothing.
Last weekend I polled my Instagram followers on whether they thought the Vineyard Vines for Target launch would be as crazy as the Lilly for Target launch. Results showed that 67% said “yes,” 33% said “no.” My guess is that it won’t be quite as crazy. A lot of the things are online exclusives, and Vineyard Vines doesn’t have quite the intense level of fandom as Lilly Pulitzer. However, you never know!
What is on your Vineyard Vines for Target wish list? And do you think it will be as crazy as Lilly for Target? Why or why not?
