Styling Leopard Print with a Pop of Color

Hey y’all-hope it’s been a great first full week of November. I definitely needed more than just one extra hour added to my life last weekend, but I’m hanging in there! Today’s post is all about leopard print. I’m honestly not big into trends—I tend to stick to classic styles and simply wear what I like. But leopard print is one trend I’m really loving! And let’s be honest-I will probably continue to wear it even when it’s no longer “cool.” Leopard print with a pop of color is my favorite way to style this trend. So, I’m going to share some styling inspiration pictures from my closet, as well as round-up some of my favorite currently available leopard print items.

Leopard Print with a Pop of Color

I don’t wear neutrals often, but when I do, it’s usually leopard print. Even though leopard print consists of neutral colors, the pattern makes it more exciting than solid neutrals. This is why leopard print appeals to me so much. Although I will wear leopard print alone without any other colors, I typically accessorize it with a pop of color. Most often, I do this with colorful Kendra Scott jewelry. Last month I wore my Ann Taylor leopard print blouse with my bright pink Kendra Scott Danielle earrings. I love how these two pieces pair together. The neutral colors of the leopard print really make the pink earrings stand out.

Also, since leopards are another kind of big cat, I will sometimes wear orange jewelry with leopard print to support my Clemson Tigers!

Currently Available Leopard Print Tops

As I mentioned earlier, the leopard print top I’m wearing in these pics is from Ann Taylor. I collaborated with Ann Taylor last year, and this top was one of the items I picked out. Even though this exact top is no longer available, I’ve rounded a few leopard print tops that are currently available:

Ann Taylor Boatneck Blouse (Total of 50% off through Nov. 11 with code FRIENDS)
Ann Taylor Petite Shoulder Button Sweater (Total of 50% off through Nov. 11 with code FRIENDS)
LOFT Crossover Back Utility Blouse (Currently extra 40% off with code FESTIVE)
Target Leopard Print Pullover Sweater (I love my Target leopard print sweater from a previous season. See some styling photos in this post.)
Vince Camuto Leopard Print V-Neck Top

PS. As I was searching for tops, I stumbled across the LOFT Leopard Print Scarf. (I have similar one from last year, just different colors. This is 40% off with code FESTIVE right now)

Other Outfit Details

The Kendra Scott Danielle earrings (style I’m wearing here) and Elle earrings (a smaller version of the Danielle) are my favorite earrings to add a pop of color to leopard print. The Danielle (here) and Elle (here) both come in a variety of colors. And if the exact color you want isn’t available as one of the detail options, you can customize at their Color Bar here.

Skinny jeans (similar pair here), cowgirl boots (here), and a Tory Burch bag round up this ensemble. I’ve actually had this Tory Burch bag for almost six years, but you can shop currently available Tory Burch bags here. They also recently added some new items to the sale section.

Hope that you enjoyed this post and that it gave you some styling inspiration for leopard print with a pop of color. If you’re looking for something to wear for Thanksgiving dinner, leopard print is a great option.
