Hey y’all- hope your week is off to a good start. It’s hard to believe that it’s almost May! The arrival of May means the Kentucky Derby, Cinco de Mayo, and graduation season will be upon us. It also means that summer is just around the corner. And last but not least, May means it’s almost Mother’s Day! I had a request on Instagram for a Mother’s Day Gift Guide, so I wanted to pull one together for y’all. If you haven’t already picked something out for your mom and/or other moms in your life, this week is a good time to plan your order so that you can guarantee arrival by Mother’s Day without paying for expedited shipping. In addition, everything in my Mother’s Day 2019 Gift Guide is under $100. I have options that are under $50 and under $30 as well! Also, I’ve curated gift ideas that will suit a variety of tastes and styles.

Kendra Scott Ellie Studs & Elaina Bracelet
One reason I like Kendra Scott jewelry so much is that it appeals to different personal styles. For instance, my style is classic and preppy, and I love to wear my Kendra with my Lilly Pulitzer. However, I have a couple friends who aren’t preppy at all, and definitely wouldn’t wear Lilly. Yet they still enjoy Kendra Scott jewelry. My top two Kendra Scott picks for Mother’s Day gifts are the Ellie studs and the Elaina bracelet. I have the ivory mother of pearl stone in both of these pieces. My Ellie studs have a rose gold setting, and my Elaina bracelet has a gold setting. Both of these pieces are dainty and literally go with everything, especially if you get a neutral colored stone. Because they are so versatile, I believe any mom would be happy to incorporate these into her wardrobe.
Here’s a look at what my Ellie studs look like on (photo by Reveling Spaces). Shop the Ellie studs here, and the Elaina bracelet here.
Tervis Tumbler
I am a firm believer that you can never have too many Tervis Tumblers. In fact, most of the drink ware in my cabinet is Tervis. Tervis Tumblers have a lifetime guarantee, and the double-wall insulation keeps your drink from “sweating” too much. With so many different designs to choose from, you are bound to find one that reflects a passion of your mom, whether it’s her favorite sports team or animal. There’s also different sizes to choose from: 16 oz tumbler (here), 24 oz tumbler (here), 24 oz water bottle, 20 oz stainless steel (here), and 16 oz mug (here).

Beautycounter Goodies
Yes, I am a Beautycounter consultant. However, we have several products that I genuinely believe would make an excellent Mother’s Day gift, so I had to include them in my Mother’s Day 2019 Gift Guide. In fact, I already own a couple of these Beautycounter products I’m about to recommend, and as soon as they arrived I couldn’t help but think what a great Mother’s Day gift they would be. Also, if your mom is difficult to shop for and never really wants anything, then quality skincare, makeup, and body products are a fabulous option.
With respect to makeup, I highly recommend the Beautycounter Color Intense Lipstick Duo (here). It comes with two different lipstick shades, a warm pink and a neutral beige, that suit a variety of skin tones. Plus these lipsticks already come in a gorgeous red box. I can’t say enough good things about Beautycounter lipstick- check out this post for more.
The Beautycounter Citrus Mimosa body products would also make an excellent gift. The Body Essentials Travel Set (here) includes the cutest bottles of the Citrus Mimosa body lotion, body wash, and hand cream, as well as a small Citrus Mimosa body bar. They already come conveniently packaged in a giftable box as well. The full-size Citrus Mimosa body lotion (here) and hand cream (here) would make wonderful presents too. Beautycounter’s Citrus Mimosa scent is amazing and free of harmful artificial fragrances.
Beautycounter also has a couple more sets that are conveniently packaged for gifting, and include some of our best-selling products. You can’t go wrong with the Best of Beautycounter Set (here) or the No. 3 Balancing Spa Set (here). Both of these sets include the charcoal mask.
Plus when you gift your mom with Beautycounter, you can be confident that you are giving her safe and effective products, as well as supporting Beautycounter’s mission to get safer products in the hands of everyone. Check out this post for more about why I’m passionate about Beautycounter.
Kate Spade Initial Gifts
I also strongly believe you can never go wrong with any gift that includes your mom’s initial. Kate Spade is one of my go-to’s for initial gifts. This initial mug is only $15. You could add in a some packet’s of your mom’s favorite hot drink mixes to make it an adorable little gift. Also, this initial tray is only $15 as well. It would be perfect for a holding jewelry or other miscellaneous trinkets on a nightstand, dresser, or end table.
Lilly Pulitzer Gifts
Lilly Pulitzer also has a few gift items that would make lovely Mother’s Day presents. For instance, even though my mom doesn’t wear Lilly, she loves the reusable Lilly market bags. The newest design is even nicer, and it comes in one of my favorite current Lilly prints, Lion Around. Shop the Lilly market bag here. This leatherette valet tray is really pretty too, and I love the Multi Cheek to Cheek print. Finally, if your mom likes to wear a Lilly, a scarf is a good one-size-fits-all option. You can choose from the Infinity loop scarf (my favorite panda print is back in stock!) or the Resort scarf.

I hope that y’all enjoyed my Mother’s Day 2019 Gift Guide and found it helpful. This is by no means exhaustive, but I’m hoping it will help some of y’all out who might still be stumped on what to get Mom for Mother’s Day. If you end up getting any of these things for your mom, let me know!
Also, if there’s been a Mother’s Day gift you’ve given in the past that you particularly loved to give, let me know. Several years ago I painted portraits of my mom’s cats for her Mother’s Day present. I don’t think I will ever top that one!
