Hey y’all-today is National Pineapple Day! I obviously love pineapples because they comprise one-half of my blog’s name. The pineapple is a symbol of Southern hospitality, which is why I chose to incorporate it into my blog brand. In addition, the pineapple simply makes the cutest motif for clothing, accessories, and home decor. So in honor of National Pineapple Day 2019, I’m sharing this featured outfit I wore at the beach last weekend that incorporates Lilly and pineapples!

Lilly Pulitzer Little Flamenco Print
My love of pineapples and what they represent makes me gravitate towards any Lilly Pulitzer pineapple print. So when Lilly released the Little Flamenco print, a variation of the pink & green Flamenco print from a couple years ago, it automatically went on my wish list. Although I have a throw pillow on my couch in the original Flamenco print, I never got any clothing items in it. Therefore, I especially wanted to add something in Little Flamenco to my closet. The hot pink and bold blue colorway is so pretty too! Also, I featured Flamenco/Little Flamenco as one of my top 10 all-time favorite Lilly Pulitzer prints in this National Wear Your Lilly Pulitzer Day blog post last week. You can check out everything in the current Lilly Little Flamenco print here.
Lilly Pulitzer Izzy Skirt
There are so many adorable items in the current Lilly Pulitzer Little Flamenco print. I narrowed down my selection a little because my budget was under $100. Ultimately, I decided on the Izzy Skirt, because I don’t have nearly as many Lilly skirts as I do shorts and dresses. And although Little Flamenco comes in this cute tank top, I already have a cotton Lilly top in last year’s Home Slice pineapple print.
I’m so happy I went with the Izzy skirt. First of all, it’s long enough for me to wear to work. I definitely get the most bang for my buck with something that’s appropriate for work, but also fun to wear out on the evenings and weekends! In addition, I’m absolutely obsessed with the lace appliqué detail at the hem. I love the sweet little touches like this that Lilly adds to their pieces! The Lilly Pulitzer Izzy Skirt in Little Flamenco originally appeared in my May 2019 Favorites post. But now I’m excited to actually share pictures of how I styled it.
Night Out at the Beach
This Lilly Pulitzer Izzy Skirt was perfect to wear out to dinner at Poe’s Tavern one of my nights in Wrightsville Beach. The night I wore it was actually National Wear Your Lilly Day too! Since it’s my newest piece of Lilly clothing, and features one of my top 10 all-time Lilly prints, I figured it was a good choice!
Outfit Details Round-Up
Pineapple accessories complemented the pineapple print of my Lilly skirt. I wore my Bourbon & Boweties pineapple bangle, and my Kate Spade mini pineapple pendant. The Kate Spade necklace is from last year, but there’s usually one available on eBay. Navy blue goes well with the blue in my skirt, so I wore my navy & white Jack Rogers Palm Beach sandals. My exact white v-neck top is no longer available, but Target and Gap are some of my go-to’s for basic white tops.
Skirt: Lilly Pulitzer / Shoes: Jack Rogers / Earrings: Kendra Scott / Bracelet: Bourbon & Boweties

Also, shoutout to my bestie for taking these pics for me! She’s been one of my blog’s biggest supporters since day one, and I’m thankful she’s always up for snapping a few outfit pics when we’re together.
